 Definition: Marma points therapy is done by gently stimulating the marma points around your body through massage therapy.

Sanskrit: Marr or Mru= to strike, Marma= secret or essence

Description: In Marma therapy, a very light stimulation of points on the body is done. It removes blockages from the marma points giving physical and psychological relaxation and strength. This powerful therapy works with subtle and sensitive energy points to open the energy channels in the body called nadis. Marma points, when gently pressed on the skin can stimulate a chain of positive events.

Stimulation of these points is said to affect everything from the health of your organs to the production of hormones and more.

  • Have a restful evening and early to bed.

  • Eat on time and eat easy to digest freshly cooked food
