Waiver and Policy

  • I understand that Ayurveda bodywork treatments and consultations are for the purposes of stress reduction, relief from physical/mental tension, general relaxation, and improvement of circulation and energy flow. 

  • If I experience pain or discomfort during the session, I will immediately inform my technician so that pressure/strokes can be adjusted to my level of comfort. I will not hold my technician responsible for any pain or discomfort I experience during/after 

  • I understand that the technician does not diagnose illnesses, disease, or any other physical or mental disorder. The technician does not prescribe medical treatment of pharmaceuticals. It has been made very clear that Ayurveda consultations and treatments 

  • I further understand that technicians performing this treatment are trained in Ayurveda but may not be not registered massage therapists or licensed health professionals. 

  • I understand that services offered today, and in the future, are not a substitute for medical care and that any information provided by the technician is for educational purposes only, and is not diagnostically prescriptive in nature. 

  • I have stated all of my known medical conditions on the Client Intake Form. I have consulted a medical doctor or licensed medical health care practitioner regarding any checked or described conditions. 

  • I realize it is solely my responsibility to keep the technician updated on any changes in my physical health and I understand the Art of Living, Sri Sri Ayurveda, Moksha Massage and Wellness LLC and the technician or consultants shall not be liable should 

  • I understand that all massage therapy and bodywork offered is strictly non-sexual. 

  • I understand that appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the appointment time. Any cancelations within 24 hours of the appointment will be assessed $30 fee. No shows will be charged the full treatment amount booked.

  • I understand that appointments rescheduled or cancelations on Saturday will be charged with the full amount on full regardless of any advance notice.

  • I understand that no shows will be charged the full treatment price.
